We want to help eliminate bill shock and that's why we have 4 different Home Phone plans to give you the flexibility to choose which plan suits you depending on how much you use your phone. If you find you are using more than your plan provides, simply upgrade to a bigger plan and enjoy more included calls and great value prices.

We can set up brand new phone lines, and arrange a transfer of existing phone lines. If you are transferring from your current provider – you can keep your number!

If you have your ADSL Broadband service with ONE, you will save $10 per month when you have your Home Phone service with us as well!

Important Information

Calls to Sensis are charged at the appropriate premium rate and are not included in local or STD call prices.

You may incur an installation charge of up to $299 when provisioning a new Home Phone or transferring from your current provider. Please see this table for an explanation of charges. If you are transferring your current active service and your phone line is already on the Telstra PSTN network then the transfer will be free.

Special features

If you have any special features on your home phone, these will be transferred when the line is transferred and although you may not be paying for those services with your current provider you will be charged for these services by ONE. To prevent incurring these charges, you must contact your current service provider and cancel any existing service that you do not want to have transferred.
